About participateinyourgreatness

For years I’ve been playing close to the vest, hiding from my higher self and holding onto the light of myself. Sitting in my Light Source/Spiritual Sister Cave, but now my higher Source has pushed me to reveal my Light and Shine. Behold now, I am stepping out from e shadows and I want to share some qualities, abilities and what I call, gifts (we all have them at some level) that I am. My spirit souls who work very close with me have shared in some of these qualities as I use them to enhance their lives. To help and maintain their health and well being and most of all to guide them to being empowered and sovereign of their own lives. Disclaimer: "Under no circumstances do I freely go into any ones energy field or thoughts without permission. I have an on – off internal switch and I use it when I am working with clients to on, when I am not – it’s off. Of course I am always plugged into Creation and my abilities are finely tuned to not interfere with others choices but to be respectful of their journey. If someone randomly asks me to see into their future or past, read their soul code or take a look at their energy field, it’s a no go. They would have to book a session for that. Keeping my boundaries healthy + clean and am grounded in my awareness".

Showing Up

This weekend was all about listening to both my supportive inner voice and shutting the door on the inner critic. That inner critic is their whispering or screaming, because it thinks it protecting me and keeping me safe. But what it is really doing is preventing me from showing up..showing fully each and every day. Not because I don’t want to, but because that whispering says you might get hurt, you might get laughed at, you might fail, you might not do it right…on and on…

The inner critic makes one go into to protect mode. All the amazing things that you want to do and can, but aren’t doing could be a result of that inner critic.

The supportive voice that speaks life into you and gently reminds you to show up everyday day, is winking at you right now.

So, take a few deep breaths, adjust your crown, smile and love yourself even more…Showing Up

Finding My Joy and Passion Again

Finding My Joy and Passion Again

Whatever you are looking for is looking for you……

I just love this saying now, as it took me a while to understand it and figure out what it really meant.  Whatever you are looking for is looking for you resonate differently for everyone, but it holds true for each of us.  Just think back to when you were a child and your teacher, parent or another source figure asked you want you wanted to be when you grew up. What was that?  How did it make you feel to want to be that?  Did you want to be the “traditional” doctor, dentist, banker, lawyer, fire women/man, police women/man; teacher; an astronaut, or the President of the United States?  Did you become what you said you wanted to be as a child?

I can clearly remember wanting to be a veterinary and a hair stylist. I loved animals’ particular cats and dogs and loved styling my doll babies, my mom and sister’s hair.  I don’t know if I knew it then but, being around my pets and doing hair was very soothing to me. I was in my own world where I could create all types of exotic hair styles, play in makeup and yes even dress up my Kimpo and Lady Lip my cats.  As I grew older and stepped out of my safe space into the grown up world, other people’s realities took over.  I will admit that my formative years of school were pretty interesting and the exposure too many different cultures and geographical places excited me. The kids I went to school with had what I thought at the time really far out and interesting parents. This was my first exposure to field trips that took us to the mountains of West Virginia, the beaches in the Caribbean and Broadway plays in New York City.  This was a little different from my family vacations where that was our bonding time or going see other family members along the east coast or the islands.  Now I was spending time with other kids that didn’t look like me, consumed different foods, wore different clothes, spoke other languages and even danced differently.  Now, how was I going to take care of animals, be a famous hair stylist and travel the world?

In college I found yet another interest that was in the field communications, television and radio. Yes, I was going to be the next Oprah Winfrey the talk show extraordinaire.  A very competitive field at the time and finding a job was, well can I just say more than challenging and very stressful.  What was I going to do now? Bills don’t get paid by wishful thinking. Eventually I ended up in a government position and returned to school to attain a master’s degree in social work. Not so bad, after all I did enjoy working with people and children. Seventeen years under my belt in public service in child welfare, my soul began to cry out “ this is not what I want to do, it’s hard, sad, painful and draining”.

Now don’t get me wrong, social work is not for the faint of heart, a rewarding career, but it no longer felt good.  I wanted to help people move from bad to good, help put their lives back together or create new lives for themselves and their families. Dealing with the families that were caught in governments and legal systems took a toll on my overall health and wellbeing.  I had to get out and find my joy and passion again. But how to do that was the major question.

Three years ago I sat down with my husband and said “honey we have to talk” yes the dreaded honey we have to talk discussion.  However, I think he knew it was coming. He knew that my health was in jeopardy, I wasn’t happy doing what I was doing and I was not present in our home life because I was always tired and didn’t feel good.  He asked me two things: What do you want to do and how can I help? My heart did a triple flip and I felt so free.  My husband an entrepreneur in his own right clearly understood where I was coming from. He retired from law enforcement years ago because of the stress and devastation that he witnessed day in and day out. He told me “honey you have to get your passion and joy back and this time don’t let anything get in your way”.  Together we created a vision board of what we both wanted together, developed a plan of action, and implemented a budget plan since I was going to leave my job.  It didn’t happen overnight and there were some bumps along the way. However, my energy changed, my vibration was stronger and I felt the sides of my mouth start going in an upward motion.  Was that a smile returning to my face? I started to feel better because now I was creating my vision for myself that I held when I was that kid, full of choices and “I can do that”.

Today I can say that I found my way back to radio and television as the executive producer and talk show host; a published author and speaker; owner of a holistic psychotherapy practice and a global health and wellness retreat business where we travel the world helping women and men discover their true gifts and passions. Life just gets better and better when you take the time to sit and be still.  Step out of all the noise that is around you and de-clutter your physical and mental space.

Once I turned off the noise and de-cluttered I was able to search for my joy and passion and it was searching for me.  The union was bliss and each day a new bud blossoms filled with more adventures, possibilities, opportunities, light and love.  So, I leave you with this, each of us have gifts and talents that may have been left behind or forgotten.  Life may have steered you down another road or you received negative feedback or input from someone who didn’t make their dreams come true.  Today, I invite you to turn off the noise, declutter your physical and mental space, have an empowerment chat with your spouse or confidant and create your vision plan, develop your plan of action and go seek out your joy and passion.  This is your life, Live It Vibrantly.

[Video] Blast through one of your blocks in 20 minutes Maximize your results with EFT

Available for you to include in your email:

What’s your biggest block to happiness and success? I’ve found that there are 5 primary life areas in which people feel blocked, and you’ll tend to have a whole cluster of negative emotions around that area.

Those 5 areas are health, love, money, spirituality, and work. But you aren’t blocked for the reason you think you are. That blockage is an energy pattern, set up early in your childhood, by emotionally traumatic experiences.

Finding and healing those bad experiences is critical to erasing those blocks. You can chop away at the adult problem for years without much success. But once you find the childhood roots of those energy patterns, the adult problems usually vanish fast.

You know you’ve got a block when everything you’ve tried has had poor results, even though you might have had great success elsewhere. Most Tappers have this problem. Perhaps you’ve done brilliantly using EFT Tapping for weight loss, but your financial life is a disaster. Or you’ve found your soul mate after tapping, but you have health gremlins you just can’t shake.

My friend Dawson Church, PhD, author of the award-winning best-seller “The Genie in Your Genes,” has a solution! He developed a technique called the Magic Time Machine to help people identify the roots of their blockages. He’s created a personalized online session for you, just like you were sitting in his office. He guides you into identifying an early experience in your life that cemented your block in place. And then together, you tap it away!

Would you rather be rid of that issue, or do you want to drag it around for years into the future? Dawson and I both really care about your healing, and I’d like to see you free of what’s holding you back.

Please join us for your complementary ride on the Magic Time Machine!

All the best,

Are You Ready to Do Life Differently?

Are You Ready to Do Life Differently? Eventually, most people reach a place in life, as they know it, just isn’t enough.

Some people may arrive at this place after a major loss, such as the death of a loved one … or a divorce or significant break-up, loss of financial security or even relocating to a new state/city where they have no familiar connections. Others recognize that they no longer fit into society’s standards. Maybe they are not as successful as they thought they should or would be.  This may bring on feelings of being lost, dissatisfied, completely unfulfilled … and wondering “Isn’t there more to life than this?”

There is a desire to find their life’s purpose – and to rediscover their zest for living.  Others finally get fed up with feeling undeserving of success. They recognize that they’re too hard on themselves and know they need to find a new way to “do” life. Life Re-Imagined or Re-Created..for Boomers, we call it Living Life In Mid-Life – the next phase of our lives will be “Amazing”!

Still others feel desperately out of balance. They’re constantly giving and doing for others – while pushing aside their own needs and desires. They feel disconnected from themselves,

other people, and the universe in general. They know that they can’t keep going down the path that they’re on … and that they need to reconnect on the physical, mental, emotional and

spiritual levels. Sound familiar?

If one or more of these scenarios resonates with you, it’s simply a sign that your soul is calling for more. Like greater peace and hope.

Deeper and more fulfilling connections with your beloved, your parents, your children, your siblings, your friends and other important people in your life. Clarity about your life’s purpose and where you’re going next.

The joyous freedom of letting go of your limiting beliefs, fears, doubts, worries … and instead choosing to live in the moment, heeding your inner wisdom. The courage and confidence to navigate through major life transitions, like the loss of someone dear to you, divorce, a major illness, job loss, your children leaving home … or changing your career.

Ignoring these messages doesn’t work. You end up more frustrated, more burned out, more dissatisfied. As your unhappiness grows, it eventually spills out to affect all aspects of your life

… from your relationships to your health and even your financial and professional success.

It’s time for a change – and a new approach to finding your answers.

It’s time to awaken to your greatest self,, your greatest potential, the true you.

Our Stamp, Sort Of

When we bought this house we noticed it had a lovely garden, full of lovely things growing on it. It also had, I noted, a lush, lovely green lawn. It truly was a bit if that North American dream, you know a house with a white picket fence and a green lawn and a garden. And it was ours.

Well okay it wasn’t ours, not at that point simply because we hadn’t paid for it yet. Buying a house is a bit more intensive than picking up a pack of gum. Anyway, back on track again, we liked these features. Beloved decided since they were already established it would be “dead easy” to maintain.

Fast forward a few years and let’s just say these features now carry our own stamp of things. That lush green lawn now sports what we like to call Dalmatian spots. The garden, we’ve decided to…

Pick a Career, any Career

Mostly Bright Ideas

DaughterI’ve always wanted to be a magician. I’m not talking about one of those big-name Las Vegas stage performers with the three-year contracts and the expensive haircuts. Those guys are masters of melodrama, and a little too impressed with themselves, if you ask me. Besides, they make aircraft carriers disappear from parking lots, and I wouldn’t know where to find an aircraft carrier in the first place. Also, it’s really hot in Las Vegas, and I could never get through an entire ninety-minute show in those tight pants.

I mean I’d like to be a person who seems to be otherwise normal, but who can whip out a deck of cards and within minutes have everyone at the party in awe of my witty banter and lightning-speed dexterity. This has been a primary goal in my life, although I would settle for just getting invited to a party.Sawed

It’s Alright To Grieve

Grieving is a natural process in life, and necessary to maintain balance. We all have experienced grief at some point in our lives. The loss of a loved one is the most common expression of grief. However, we often over look that we also can grieve the loss of a stable relationship, loss of a financial security such as a being downsized or fired from a job, relocating to a new state where you have no familiar support systems and maybe declining health.
Grief can be
debilitating if it goes on for an extended period of time without appropriately obtaining professional counseling.  One should never be ashamed or fearful to reach out for help in the grief process. Synergy Family Services provides experienced grief counselors that are available to assist individuals through the process. Good mental and emotional health are necessary in maintaining over wellbeing. Don’t suffer in silence there is help out there.
Be a Blessing to someone in need.
